Nick Gemmell

Nick Gemmell is Integration’s copy editor and works in the area of Knowledge Management. Before joining Integration in April 2021, Nick worked as a translator and a researcher for various organizations and companies in the United States, Germany, and Brazil, such as Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), KERN AG, Goethe University Frankfurt, OTB English, and the British Council, among others. His professional experience includes the creation, translation, and editing of corporate and academic texts, the development of educational material, and research in the areas of public policy and international development cooperation. Nick Gemmell attained a B.A. in Foreign Affairs at the University of Virginia (2005) as well as an M.A. in Political Theory at Goethe University Frankfurt (2013) and he is currently completing a Ph.D. in International Relations at the University of São Paulo.
