FIRST-ROUND INTERVIEW

Fit and competency. This is our first chance to get to know you. We’ll be asking questions about your past achievements, give you a short problem to solve, and you can ask us anything you like about Integration.

SECOND-ROUND INTERVIEW

Problem-solving and skills. We’ll take you through two sessions in the second round: one case study to understand how you solve problems, and one to understand your competency and motivation.

FINAL-ROUND INTERVIEW

Assessment day. You will have the opportunity to meet with two of Integration’s founding partners as the final step in the process.

The role of an analyst entails the following tasks:

  • RESPONSIBILITY: Our analysts take on a great deal of responsibility from the start. They drive work streams independently and work directly with clients at the top management level.
  • OWNERSHIP: Our analysts lead quantitative and qualitative analyses that add value to projects.
  • CONCEPT CREATION: Our analysts develop and implement solution concepts for our clients.
  • PROJECT QUALIFICATION: Our analysts provide support in the creation and presentation of project proposals.
  • CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT: Our analysts play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company by leading special internal projects and initiatives.

The following skills and experience are key for this role:

  • Prior experience in management consulting or a similar environment
  • Relevant internships and international experience
  • A master's degree from a renowned university
  • Enthusiasm for complex issues faced by our clients, commitment to and pleasure in shaping a growing company
  • Excellent organizational as well as analytical skills, creative problem-solving approaches
  • Strong client orientation, proactivity and a readiness to assume responsibility
  • Willingness to embody our company’s culture of respect, self-confidence and cooperation
  • Excellent German and English language skills – additional foreign languages, such as Portuguese or Spanish, are a plus
  • Experience and enjoyment of working in a multicultural environment

Position: MANAGER

Country: GERMANY

At our German office, we’re looking for managers, engagement managers and project leaders with least five years of professional experience at a leading consultancy or in a comparable environment. Are you interested in joining a fast-growing boutique office and making an impact from day one?

This exciting role encompasses the following responsibilities:

  • Consulting international and national clients from various industries, with a focus on FMCG, retail, health care and private equity on strategic issues with a focus on finance & management
  • Technical and commercial project responsibility with a special focus on revenue, margin, continuity service quality and, of course, client satisfaction
  • Establishing and maintaining client partnerships
  • Identifying potential consulting projects, drafting proposals, conducting client presentations at the C-level
  • Leadership and mentoring as well as professional development of team members
  • Further business development, especially in Finance & Management
  • Conducting marketing activities
  • Establishing partner cases

The following skills and experience are key:

  • Degree in business administration, engineering, economics or a related field – an MBA or advanced degree, industry or professional certification is a plus
  • 5-8 years of consulting experience in Germany
  • 1-3 years of experience leading teams
  • Fluency in German and English – additional languages are a plus
  • Enthusiasm for complex issues faced by our clients, commitment to and pleasure in shaping a growing company
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork and ability to professionally develop others
