STEPS TO APPLY

Submit your CV and cover letter online through the link below. Consider how you can demonstrate leadership and problem-solving, and the ability to work in teams. We’re also always looking for people with entrepreneurial spark!

APTITUDE TEST
Online and/or offline testing to assess numerical and verbal reasoning, and problem-solving.

FIRST-ROUND INTERVIEW
Fit and competency. This is our first chance to get to know you. We’ll be asking questions about your past achievements, give you a short problem to solve, and you can ask us anything you like about Integration.

SECOND-ROUND INTERVIEW
Problem-solving and skills. We’ll take you through two sessions in the second round: one case study to understand how you solve problems, and one to understand your competency and motivation.

FINAL-ROUND INTERVIEW
Assessment day. You will have the opportunity to meet with two of Integration’s founding partners as the final step in the process.
