André Farat

André Farat is a senior manager at Integration’s Finance & Management Practice and has been with the firm since 2013. He has over a decade of experience in organizational transformation across Brazil, Latin America, and Europe, focusing on organizational design and culture, as well as governance, structure, post-merger integration, and change management. He partners with leadership teams to shape and execute transformation agendas, strengthening organizational alignment and effectiveness. His work integrates leadership development with behavioral and psychometric assessments to enhance leadership capability and team performance. He holds degrees in Industrial Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos and in Psychology from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas and is certified in Hogan Assessment Systems.
