Agenda Argentina 2030

Business priorities in Argentina are moving towards growth, investment and operational modernization. In many organizations, the capabilities needed to deliver this agenda are still under development.

Based on a survey of more than 100 CEOs and senior executives across 14 sectors, this report examines where Argentina’s business agenda stands today, how it is changing towards 2030 and what separates strategic ambition from execution capacity.

As indicated by executives from our survey, the main gap lies in execution capabilities rather than strategic intent. In many organizations, the change is visible in strategic plans before it reaches incentives, governance and day-to-day management processes.

Many leaders and organizations in Argentina developed their businesses in a closed, high-inflation economy. With recent macroeconomic shifts, the emerging agenda requires capabilities that were less relevant for many companies over the past two decades, including longer-term planning, efficiency discipline and a more detailed understanding of open and competitive markets.
