Renata has over 20 years of professional experience and she was our client in different opportunities. The identification of objective and values and the complementarity of knowledge and experiences made us decide to trace this new stage in our story together.

Renata Moura has over 20 years of professional experience and, during this period, she worked in five different companies and segments. She began her career at AMBEV, in the consumer segment, then participated in the privatization of the telecommunications sector at OI, and at SANTANDER after it purchased BANESPA and 4 other banks in Brazil. In Retail she worked at Grupo Carrefour, where she led the HR, Legal and Sustainability areas.

During the last 4 years, she participated in the construction and implementation of the succession of Cyrela, a publicly held family company in the real estate sector, besides having had the opportunity to see the succession of the founder be consolidated. Her background relies on a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, MBA in Operations from IE Business School in Spain, specialization from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC/Insead) and post-graduate degree from the Instituto de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Administração da Universidade Federal in Rio de Janeiro (COPPEAD/RJ).
