Integration, represented by Partner João Barros, participated in a discussion panel in the context of the Future Trends Congress hosted by ABRAFARMA. For the last 30 years, the Brazilian Association of Retail Pharmacy and Drugstore Chains (ABRAFARMA) has represented the leading retail pharmacy chains in Brazil. Its purpose is to play a leading role in promoting health and well-being nationally by developing the retail pharmacy sector and supporting its members.

The annual Future Trends Congress brings together executives from the association’s member retail chains across pharmaceutical, food, hygiene and beauty industries as well as distributors.

As an invited speaker, João Barros joined representatives from the industry to explore the topic of “Collaboration in the pharmaceutical supply chain”. The panel discussants included Marcelo Zagottis, Commercial and Marketing Director of Raia Drogasil, and Toninho Araújo, Logistics and Financial Director of Drogaria Araújo – representing two of the largest pharmacy retail chains in Brazil and both valued Integration clients.
