Julio Duclos talks about his experience working with Integration on a very large project to grow the company. He says that the Integration team was able to capture not only information from each business unit, but also information from customers and other stakeholders to visualize what the future should be like. He says everything was done very professionally and they acted quickly. The result was very well received and he said it was perhaps the most important growth project in Latin America for the company. He mentions that Integration’s difference was the willingness and empathy they generated in the team and the fact that they were experts in implementation.
