We’re very pleased to announce that Integration has been recognized as one of Germany’s “Top Employers among Medium-Sized Companies 2022” by the high-profile Focus magazine. This award is a clear result of our recruitment efforts across the #DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) as well as Integration’s commitment to creating a nurturing and engaging workplace environment that puts our professionals at the center.

The winners were chosen based on a large-scale survey among employees in Germany. Conducted on behalf of FOCUS-Business, the survey assessed companies with at least 11 staff members. The criteria used to identify the winners across 40 different business sectors included having at least 10 evaluations by former or current employees (e.g. on the German-language site kununu) and an average rating of at least 3.5 out of 5.0 – Integration currently has 4.5!
