Integration has three new directors

Integration’s leadership has the pleasure of welcoming three professionals to our team of directors: Diogo Selingardi, Jairo Pakes and Leticia Molina. These outstanding individuals have had impressive careers over the years here at Integration, with a track record of delivering excellent results to our clients, contributing to the development of other professionals and helping Integration evolve.

Diogo Selingardi

Diogo Selingardi is a director at the Implementation Practice and has been working at Integration since 2011. During this period, he was part of the Finance & Management and Implementation Practices. His main activities include merger & acquisition projects, cost and expense efficiency, management and governance models in the industrial, consumer goods, retail, private equity and financial market sectors. Diogo received his degree in economic sciences from the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture of the University of São Paulo in 2009 with a specialization in Philosophy..

Jairo Pakes

Jairo Pakes is director of Digital Solutions at Integration and has been with the company since July 2007 in the Marketing & Sales and Tech & Digital areas, and spent a year as director of Commercial Intelligence at Daki. His experience includes category management projects, go-to-market, pricing, data-driven transformation, among others, with a specialty in data management and automation, advanced modeling, dashboards and artificial intelligence. Jairo has a degree in electrical engineering from Poli-USP.

Leticia Molina

Leticia Molina is a director at Integration’s Implementation Practice and has been with the company since January 2023. Prior to Integration, Leticia worked as director of marketing and sales at Vitamina Children’s Schools. Her experience includes acquisition and integration plan structuring in the school market, profitability and company restructuring. She also worked as a project and brand manager at Procter & Gamble for 10 years. Letícia has a degree in civil engineering from Unicamp.
