Integration starts recruiting in Germany

In October Integration begins recruitment for the German office. Since it opened, in February 2015, the office has been constantly developing under the leadership of Rodrigo Seabra and Sophie Herrmann.
The stages of the selection process consist in:

Application – Sending of CVs and presentation letters. It is interesting for you to demonstrate leadership, analytical capacity and ability to work as a team, and, of course, your differentials

Aptitude test – online logic and problem-solving test

1st round of interviews – This is our first chance to get to know more about you and your background. You can ask questions about the company and participate in a case resolution.

2nd round of interviews – We will apply a case study to get to know your analytical capacity and we will also have an interview to better understand your competences and motivations

Final round of interviews – You will have the opportunity to get to know two of our Founding Partners.
