The Brazilian Association of Wholesalers and Distributors (ABAD) welcomed @Roger Saltiel , @Vinicius Olivo and @Solen Traynard to participate in a pluriannual panel in February on the topic of “Digitalization in the Indirect channel”. The event brought together experts, key executives from FMCG industry, the largest distributors and wholesalers across Brazil.

Building on last year’s discussion about leveraging digitalization for growth and efficiency in the indirect channel, this year’s series of events goes one step down the value chain to focus on traditional trade – the key retail target for indirect players. The events scheduled for this year provided a great opportunity for participants to share knowledge and success cases with the aim of building a better understanding of how industries and indirect agents can leverage digitalization to strengthen smaller retailers while also keeping up with larger retailers and purely digital players in an ever-changing landscape.

The results will be announced  in June, at the ABAD Annual Conference in Atibaia, São Paulo, Brazil.
