Moving from good intentions to practical collaboration was the challenge SA+ set for the 16th National Forum on Retail & Industry Integration, held in São Paulo on March 31 and April 1.

Integration partner Andrea Aun and director Marília José were invited to open the first day of the forum, contributing content to an agenda focused on what genuinely drives sell-out results between industry and retail.

The forum brought together leaders from major retail chains, industry companies and strategic partners for two days of structured exchange – covering supply challenges, joint planning and decision-making that shapes day-to-day operations. The participants made it clear that the shopper must be the common reference point, ultimately determining what works for both industry and retail.
