We are proud to be able to share with those who have been part of our twenty-one years history, some important news: we have taken one more step to strengthen our corporate structure with the entry of three new managing partners.

Augusto Ribeiro, Janaina Roque and Rodrigo Seabra, previously directors with the company, we are now part of a new of thirteen managing partners.

The Three managing partners who have built their careers at Integration.

• Augusto Ribeiro has been with Integration since 2003, operating in the Marketing & Sales practice. Augusto has developed his professional career in Brazil but has implemented projects throughout Latina America, North America and Europe, working with areas related to Marketing, Portfolio Management, Market Segmentation, Go- TO- Market Strategies and New Market Development. Prior to Integration, Augusto gained seven years’ experience in diverse sectors, in companies such as BankBoston, Ambev and Serasa Experian. His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC), and MBA in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) and a specialist programme in Trade Marketing from the University of Riverside, California.
• Janaina Bettley
  Has been working for Integration since 2002 in the Marketing & Sales practice. She has extensive international experience, both trough her contribution in opening and developing the Integration offices in Mexico City, Buenos Aires and London, and through her work with whom she has developed and implemented regional and global projects geared towards commercial transformation in a wide range of leading consumer for two years in the banking sector. Her academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FVG-EAESP) and master’s in leadership & Strategy (SLOAN master’s programme at London Business Scholl). Currently, Janaina heads up our London office.
• Rodrigo SeabraHas been working for Integration since January 2006 and developed his career within the company’s Implementation practice. His experience includes the implementation of corporate reorganisations arising from spin offs and mergers and acquisitions, as well as organisational chances arising from new business and technology strategies. He has worked out of all seven of Integration’soffices, adding to his already extensive international experience. Prior to Integration, Rodrigo worked for five years in management consulting and for a leading domestic appliances company. His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering from the University of Helsinki. After working for over four years in Mexico supporting the consolidation of the local operation, today Rodrigo is responsible for Integration’s newest business unit in Munich, Germany.
