Henning Von Koss explains that he got to know Integration in 2012 based on a recommendation and had since worked with us on three different projects at two different companies. These projects addressed go-to-market strategy, supply chain and cultural transformation. Henning says that one of the things that impressed him was the level of quality and precision of analysis during the diagnosis phase. He highlights that the experience and professionalism of integration’s team were a decisive factor for successfully implementing all of the solutions developed for the projects.
