Andreia Iazdi recounts the merger that her company underwent in 2020 with Copagaz and Liquigás, turning into the largest gas distribution company in Brazil and Latin America. Following the merger, they wanted to understand how to overhaul their logistics network to better capture operational and logistical efficiency. They had previously built a relationship with Integration, exchanging best practices and benchmarking. Copa chose Integration due to their experience and the large number of projects focused on this topic, as well as their extensive knowledge of the market. Andreia notes that one of Integration’s differentials is having professionals who know how to genuinely listen to all areas. She highlights their ability to build scenarios and help with priorities, which has generated concrete gains for the company. She sees the team as being 100% dedicated, with a genuine interest in proposing solutions, making a difference and, above all, being close to the client – pragmatic, hands-on and practical.
