Daniel Bitelli shares that his company hired Integration to carry out operational due diligence for a target in the livestock sector. One of the main challenges involved working with a sector that offers very little public information. Among the various consultancies considered, he points out Integration was selected as it was a traditional, well-known firm and, above all, due to the team – which was highly engaged with the project from day one. Daniel notes that they always made themselves available in terms of time, travel and getting to know the operation in depth. He highlights that the team made sure they were considering all the related biases while perfectly adapting themselves to the agribusiness sector.
