Ricardo Bisordi comments that as Angra has a lean team, like any Private Equity fund, they see Integration as a partner that helps in the goals of improving management and results. He points out that Integration helped the company with a good diagnosis and with a focus on Implementation. Ricardo also comments that Integration’s differential is Implementation, as other consultancies only deliver a book well done, and in that the work can be lost, with this vein of Implementation, the work has a beginning, middle, and end. As differentials of Integration Ricardo points out that it is a hands-on company, that solves problems, makes a good diagnosis, and points out process improvements.
