Strengthening our Leadership With a New Partner in Mexico

“We are preparing ourselves to continue growing in Mexico and we can’t help but acknowledge that this is thanks to our clients, who allow us to keep exercising our ability to help in projects and collaborate on the challenges they share with us.”

Integration has been delivering projects in Mexico since 2006, and is now strengthening its leadership with the addition of a new partner, Alejandro Martinez. Alejandro will be working side by side Gerard Schoor, who is the partner currently responsible for the operation.

For Gerard, Alejandro’s vast consulting experience and his work in complex international projects, adds the energy and movement the Mexico office needs to enter a new growth cycle.

Prior to joining Integration as a new Partner in our Mexico Operation, Alejandro spent 20 years with A.T. Kearney. In his role there as a Partner, Alejandro led efforts in the Hispano-American region in the consumer, retail and operations sectors. Prior to A.T. Kearney, Alejandro worked as a Factory Manager for a maquila operation in Central Mexico and as Chief of Production for Kimberly-Clark.

In addition to Mexico, his experience covers the United States and Latin America, with a strong focus on generating supply chain transformations – from design to implementation, including planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics. Alejandro has also led the implementation of business strategies and M&A efforts in sectors such as consumption, retail and transport.

He holds a master’s degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Canada, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Administration from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey.
