Rafael Matias

Rafael Matias is an engagement manager at Integration and has been working since June 2019 in the Finance & Management practice. Prior to Integration, Rafael worked as a franchise planning intern at Itaú. His primary responsibilities included vice-presidency of the mechanical engineering junior enterprise at Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), called Motriz, and serving as a student body representative at the College of Mechanical Engineering. Rafael holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNICAMP.
