Guilherme Paz is an Engagement Manager leading the Digital Practice at Integration. He has been working in the company since Jan 2015, with 7 years of experience helping clients to transform their Digital Practices and Supply Chain Operations. He has served mainly consumer services, retail and FMCG industries, through different projects where digital strategies and operations are the focus of the transformation – Customer Experience Redesign and Governance; e-commerce strategies & operations; last-mile delivery operations implementation; customer service operations; Data-driven culture implementation. Guilherme obtained a master’s degree in Strategic & Service Design from the Instituto Europeu de Design in 2017, and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidade Federal de São Carlos in 2015.
