Integration at SA+’s Encontro Reservado
How can industry, distributors and retailers move from parallel agendas to a shared one? This was the key question addressed at SA+’s Encontro Reservado in São Paulo, Brazil, on April 7 – and it’s a question we find ourselves returning to often in our work with clients.
The forum brought together executives from across the sector to discuss three topics that are actively shaping commercial decisions in Brazil: the practical implications of the ongoing tax reform for the industry-retail relationship, the growing strategic role of distributors in go-to-market models and Joint Business Planning – where the gap between intention and execution continues to limit value on both sides.
Integration was invited to contribute content and perspective to the agenda.
