Pact Against Hunger initiative supported by Integration featured in Valor Econômico
About the article
One of Brazil’s leading business magazines, Valor Econômico, recently ran a feature article about the social initiative Pacto Contra a Fome (Pact against Hunger), led by Geyze Diniz. Together with a group of private and public-sector partners, the initiative aims to end hunger in Brazil by 2030 by leveraging wasted food, as well as ensure that all Brazilians are well fed by 2040.
When starting the initiative, Diniz called on the support of Integration to gain a better understanding of hunger and food waste in Brazil. Based on the results of the in-depth analysis conducted on a pro-bono basis, the Pacto Contra a Fome initiative worked towards developing additional strategies to achieve its aims of ending hunger and supporting nutrition nation-wide.
