Integration is delighted to be recognized as a Top Employer of Medium-Sized Companies 2023 by Focus Magazine. Earning this certificate was an honor as well as a clear result of our branding and recruiting efforts in Germany.

The winners were selected based on a large-scale survey conducted by FactField GmbH. The survey was distributed through various channels with the purpose of reaching companies with at least 11 employees. This recognition is awarded across 40 different business sectors and follows some pre-defined criteria: the company must have an office in Germany, at least 10 company evaluations from former or current employees (e.g. on the German-language site kununu) and an average evaluation rating of at least 3.5 stars (on a scale from 1 to 5). Integration is currently a 4.5!
