Carol has been an integral part of our organization since 2010, contributing significantly to the development of the organization as well as our Finance & Management expertise.

Throughout her career, she has led complex projects for major Brazilian companies across retail, consumer goods, healthcare and finance – with expertise in M&A execution, operational efficiency and large-scale transformation.

Carol brings a solution-oriented mindset to every engagement: “When I see a problem, my mind goes directly to the solution. How are we going to solve it? How is the best way to evolve this? For me, the path is let’s move, let’s find the alternative.”
