GRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAM
BUILD A FOUNDATION
Every new analyst spends the first two weeks in training at our headquarters in Brazil.
You will meet our partners and directors, and learn about the culture and way of working at Integration.
You will also complete the foundation level consulting skills training program that equips you with all the tools you need to head to your first project.
REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE
Learning doesn't stop once the first two weeks are over. In fact, we believe that the best learning happens inside our projects.
Each new analyst has a mentor to guide their development inside every project, and our teams are built in a way that puts real focus on learning and support.
After your first year, you will be able to look back and be amazed at how far you have come.
CONSOLIDATE YOUR LEARNING
During the first few months you will be able to tie your trainings and real world experience together in a series of more advanced trainings.
These will build upon the core skills that you learnt initially, and then be developed through project work.
By the time you complete the consulting skills program you will have the skills required to build your career in consulting.
INDIVIDUAL LEARNING IS A PRIORITY IN OUR PROJECTS
We set ourselves up to leverage projects as a source of learning for all members of the team. Projects get off on the right foot with structured setups, and as the project progresses our project teams make sure to prioritise team development.
1. PROJECT SETUP
High Performance Teams
We pick people with complementary skills, backgrounds and experiences to guarantee that each project has the right team, both for the results the client requires and to ensure that every person receives the right development opportunities and support.
Technical & Knowledge Training
At the start of each project the team receive setup training. Teams begin to understand about the client, their industry and about the technical analysis that they will be tackling in the project.
Personal Development Plans
Everyone at Integration has a personal development plan and every team takes time to get to know their new teammates at the start of each project. The team share personal development targets and discuss the experiences that each team member requires.
2. PROJECT FOLLOW UP
Every week each project team gather together to ensure the project is progressing as expected. In technical terms, are we delivering what the client needs? In people terms, are we each evolving in line with our development plans? What else does the project need to succeed?
Real Time Feedback and Coaching
We thrive on a culture of feedback – we operate in flat hierarchies and believe in 360 degree feedback. At Integration we rely on each other to coach, give support and advice; a responsibility that each person takes very seriously.
1st Year Mentor
Everyone who joins Integration is assigned a mentor. This person is responsible for guaranteeing that the new analyst has everything that they need, from technical support to an understanding of Integration’s internal workings.
