Integration has two new directors

Integration is pleased to announce that we have two new members on our team of directors: Ian Mattiussi and Marília José. Both professionals have been working at Integration for many years during which they’ve delivered diverse projects with a great deal of commitment, respect and drive to consistently leave behind a positive legacy. Ian Matiussi

Ian Matiussi is a Director at Integration’s Marketing & Sales Practice and has been with the company since 2010. He has led projects in Brazil, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East, mainly specializing in go-to-market, eGTM, strategic planning, market scan and commercial policy across sectors such as consumer goods, construction, healthcare, financial services and technology. Ian holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the State University of Campinas and has an MBA from IESE -University of Navarra.

Marília José

Marilia José is a Director at Integration’s Chicago Office, primarily working with the Implementation team and as a business partner for the Finance & Management Practice. Since joining the company in 2014, her areas of expertise have been post-merger integration, transformation & cost reduction, project management, process review and organizational models in the retail, consumer goods, financial and health sectors. Marília holds a degree in law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and in economics from the University of São Paulo. Before Integration, Marília worked at Itaú Unibanco S.A. and as a lawyer in both the public and private sectors.
