His focus lies in the financial services, retail and FMCG industries, with various projects addressing digital businesses strategies and operations – with expertise in customer centricity, innovation and digital culture. Guilherme holds a degree in industrial engineering from Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCar), a master’s in strategic design & innovation from Instituto Europeo di Design and an executive master’s in AI for business from Oxford Säid Business School.
