I have just wrapped up an unbelievable 21 years at Integration Consulting, where I have been a partner for the past 8 years.

I remember perfectly how enthusiastic I was when I accepted a proposal in 1999 to move from Rio de Janeiro to São Paulo to work with a group of young people, who four years earlier, had opened the company and were starting to turn their dream of “a different way of doing consulting” into reality. A new way of working with clients and of supporting the development of professionals.

Now that dream has come true! Today, Integration is not only a well-respected consulting company, with eight offices around the world, top companies as clients, a proven work methodology and countless awards, it is, above all, a company with purpose, principles and very solid values. The company is committed to its clients and offers its professionals an amazing environment for professional development.

I am very proud to be part of this history and to have been involved in leading, building, expanding and consolidating Integration up to the present day.

I would like to thank the founding partners (Andrea Aun, Carlos Lima, Gilberto Sarian and Hugo Ribeiro), who allowed me to share this dream. For offering me a place and opportunities throughout these years, for valuing my qualities, for always championing transparency, for setting an example in daily life and, above all, for maintaining their determined commitment to sustain the company’s culture, principles and values. This commitment makes all the difference!

I also thank all the other partners, directors, all the professionals that I had the opportunity to interact and collaborate with and all the clients that I had a privilege to work with. There are countless experiences, memories, and lessons learned and evolution – everything that helped my development as a professional and as a human being.

Time has come to hand over the baton and start a new chapter in my professional life. Doing so, I’m sure I have accomplished my mission and an absolute conviction that Integration will be in very good hands, heading towards perpetuity.
