We’re delighted to announce Marília José as our newest Partner. Marília joined Integration thirteen years ago as a Business Analyst, and her appointment is a milestone that reflects both her own remarkable trajectory and our continued growth as a firm.

Marília built her career across all six of our solution areas (Growth, Efficiency, Supply Chain, Organizational Design, M&A and Digital & AI), accumulating a project portfolio that spans post-merger integration, operating model design, organizational efficiency and HR transformation.

She has particular depth in pharma retail and private equity-backed organizations, and her work has taken her across Brazil, the United States and Canada. She also played an important role in developing our Chicago office during her years based there, and has recently returned to São Paulo.

Reflecting on her journey, Marília shares: “I can see myself as a completely different person today. I’ve had many people dedicated to my development, through mentoring on projects and discussions with partners. Integration is an environment where everyone cares about developing professionals, and that is one of the main reasons I’m here.”
