Integration partner Carolina Flores and Andrea Cerqueira, Sales Director at Microsoft Brazil, spoke to IT Forum about a practical problem: how to make three decades of project knowledge easier to reach without compromising confidentiality. Across more than 4,000 projects in 85 countries, Integration had accumulated studies, market research, methodologies and project data that were stored and organized, yet still slow to retrieve.

Because much of that knowledge comes from client work, data governance settled the technology choice before anything else. Developed with Microsoft over five months, Int.AI was in use by a restricted group of consultants by the third month, and it now gives teams access to that knowledge through the tools they already use, with the permissions applied to the original files carried over.
