Integration Consulting participated in a historical transformation alongside one of the largest communication corporations in Brazil – Grupo RBS – supporting the change in the work model alongside the market, restructuring its work units in a large integration case for its media platforms.

According to Integration’s Director, Rodrigo Weiler, projects of this nature are always challenging, since change management is something critical in a movement like this. “A change this big especially needs to take into account the professionals, as it will significantly impact their way of working and respective performance metrics. The transition plan needs to consider this to bring greater tranquility to the company.”

The communication of the new strategy and structure to the market was carried out first-hand on the morning of January 30th, in an event that brought together the entire RBS leadership in the city of Porto Alegre. The President of the Board, Eduardo Sirotsky Melzer, stated that “in all of its history, few moments were as symbolic as this, in terms of a radical change in the company’s leadership and strategy”.
