His work spans the consumer services, retail and FMCG industries, with a focus on digital strategies and operations, customer experience redesign, e-commerce strategies & operations, last-mile delivery, customer service and data-driven culture implementation.

He holds a degree in industrial engineering from UFSCar, a master’s in strategic design & innovation from Istituto Europeo di Design and an executive masters in AI for business from Oxford Säid Business School.
