Luis Miguel Villicaña is an engagement manager in the Marketing & Sales Practice at Integration and has been working at the company since May 2021. Prior to Integration, Luis Miguel was a senior business strategist at S4 Capital Fund, where he was jointly responsible for the design and implementation of a business strategy unit for a global fund. During his time S4 Capital, he monitored key business metrics for companies owned by the group and also identified, designed and implemented initiatives to improve these metrics by optimizing operational costs, enhancing the pipeline and improving the average ticket. Luis Miguel previously worked at Integration from 2015 to 2020, and he has delivered go-to-market, market scan and entry strategy methodologies as well as strategic roadmap, organizational and processes design and implementation. He has worked on over 25 projects across the continent, with experience in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Central America, Mexico and the U.S. Luis Miguel holds a degree in finance from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), graduating in December 2017.
